I have been drawn into the world of herbalism since chronic illness disrupted my active, travel-filled life five years ago. The plants have invited me to slow down and deepen my relationship with the environments I call home, and my herbalism teacher, Constance Lynn, has opened my mind to all that exists beyond our human-centered world.
