Handmade sterling silver pendant with imprinted maple leaves on 18” oxidized sterling silver chain.
Sand casting is an ancient technique where I create a mold using slightly damp sand and then pour molten silver into the mold. I take scraps of recycled sterling silver and melt them down to create each pendant. It is delightful alchemy.
